Q: Do you purchase locked & financed devices?
A: Yes, we purchase most carrier locked & financed devices. iCloud locked devices are case by case. Unfortunately, we do not purchase blacklisted devices. And, under no circumstances do we purchase stolen devices.
A: We have two options. You can mail your device in for inspection, then within 48hrs of receiving & inspecting your device, payments can be made to your Venmo, Cash App or Zelle accounts. Q: What happens to the personal data on my device
A: You must first turn off the "Find My iPhone" feature, then remove the iCloud account, last erase all data & reset the device. We can help do this with you over the phone or will do this with you in person. This process will insure all data and accounts are remove from your device.
